txtnote.online is an independent tool built and maintained by a solo developer. The site exists to let you create and download plain text files quickly, with no friction. There is no company, no team, no investors.

The editor on txtnote.online runs entirely in your browser. When you type or paste text, it stays in your browser's memory only. When you click Download, your browser creates the file locally — nothing is sent to any server. We have no way to see what you've written because it never leaves your machine.
We use cookies for two purposes only: Google Analytics (to understand traffic) and Google AdSense (to show ads). We do not set any other cookies. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
